**Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Lead the ideation, technical development of innovative logistic operations processes
- Develop and track continuous improvements opportunities and partner with stakeholders to optimize service levels and operations
- Develop, refine and maintain documentation that captures and promotes the processes and policies for executing effective logistics operations
- Investigate and implement best industrial practice to drive Operational excellence
- Partner with 3PLs to provide optimal warehouse utilization and streamlined capacity-management to reduce multi-handling of product
- Collaborate with all Facebook Infrastructure entities and external vendors who store, transport, and transact inventory
- Highlight and communicate performance and trends within the warehouse operations

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- 3+ years of supply chain experience, with focus on Warehouse/Distribution Center Operations, and inventory management
- Experience leading operations, process implementations, or logistics solution design
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working across multiple internal business organizations and with external business partners
- Demonstrated experience to be proactive and collaborate with different individuals across the organization and geographies
- Proven organizational and time management skills that ensures concurrent tasks/project activities are completed
- Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention-to-detail, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience as a quick learner and focused on customer service

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in distribution/warehouse-related role
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Proven in cross functional organizations
- Experienced proactively addressing roadblocks or impediments to success
