**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Acting as a liaison between the end-users & the IT team (to understand the business requirements) for the end-user services, designing & implementing new solutions/ enhancements.
- Leading ongoing projects (for end-user workspace) to enhance the experience of collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and service level.
- Contributing to the development of digital workspace and desktop engineering.
- Providing expertise to the regional teams and collaborating with the HQ stakeholders.
- As a solution architect, understanding & realizing target architectures and coordinating with the internal teams, partners/ vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Providing timely escalation & resolution (of major issues) to the management and HQ team(s).
- Partnering with the planning section to ensure alignment of all platform architecture processes, standards, strategies, and roadmap.
- Preparing & presenting regular project reports and documentations.
- Ensuring project status and progress are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required to have minimum of 5 - 6 years of IT end-user services support (in a large organization)
- Has in-depth knowledge on Microsoft 365, Group Policy, Active Directory Trusts, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
- Knowledgeable in the ID authentication architecture, Microsoft Intune & Windows 10 OS control(s).
- Possess proven experience in solution, architecture, design for client OS engineering, virtualization, collaboration & workgroup for project delivery.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- ** Advantageous to have (some, not all), but not a must have**:

- Microsoft Certifications (e.g.: Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune Certifications, Azure Fundamentals, MS 365 mobility and Security, Managing Modern Desktops, Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- ITIL Certification
- Prior working experience in a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) environment
