Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive (Licensing) and play a pivotal role in driving our company’s sales. Your mission will be to secure sales through phone or virtual interactions while fostering lasting relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Spearhead the sales of Microsoft licenses (Azure, Business Applications, M365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), leading to the achievement of sales and profit objectives.

Engage closely with clients to optimize their licensing strategies and guide them in maximizing their technology investments.

Proactively seek upselling opportunities within our array of services and solutions for your client portfolio.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
Individuals with stellar communication skills and a knack for virtual product presentations.

A friendly and persuasive communicator adept at addressing customer queries and concerns.

Alignment with our strategic goals to expand our footprint in Singapore, Australia, the Middle East, and India.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program.

A keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, with a consistent follow-through to close deals.

Diligence in reporting essential metrics to management in a timely fashion.

**Your Role**:
Serve as the primary sales contact for Microsoft CSP Licensing growth within our organization.

Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our licensing solutions, employing a strategic approach and sales tools.

Foster new business with key strategic CSP clients and respond to inquiries about Microsoft CSP Licensing.

Working with Customer Success to emphasize the customer journey by building professional, consultative relationships and understanding customers’ unique industry needs.

Document and track all sales opportunities with precision using sales reports and CRM tools.

Process orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Contribute to weekly sales discussions, showcasing the status of the sales pipeline and strategizing on future targets and approaches.

Manage contract duties and customer onboarding with effectiveness and efficiency.

Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft CSP initiatives, campaigns, and incentive programs.

**What You’ll Need**:
2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Licensing is highly desirable.

A willingness to collaborate with regional colleagues and a passion for learning.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

A quick learner, especially regarding Microsoft CSP’s various licensing programs and schemes.

Expertise in Microsoft Licensing offerings and programs within CSP.

The ability to clearly articulate CSP offerings to potential clients in English.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

**About the Position**:
You’ll be instrumental in securing sales deals and nurturing client relationships through proactive sales and lead generation. As the primary point of contact for customers, you’ll handle order intake and processing across the APAC region. Additionally, you’ll explore upselling opportunities within our service portfolio. At month’s end, you’ll relay billing details to the finance department. Reporting to the Vice President of Cloud APAC in Singapore, you’ll be a key player in our sales strategy.
