**Purpose**:
To plan, execute, manage, control, and issue the I&C engineering deliverables of the assigned project within the defined technical requirements, schedule, cost and quality so as to deliver the project successfully.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the design basis, project requirements including HSSE, scope, cost, schedule, quality requirements, client and class requirements and project execution philosophy. Incorporate the project requirements in the engineering design and deliverables.
- Plan, lead and manage team resources by identifying the work/package assignment for each team member. Clarify responsibilities and deliverables of everyone.
- Plan, lead and manage the deliverables as per project requirements. Issue the deliverables as per the project timeline and quality requirements.
- Direct and manage project work including issue of deliverables within schedule and quality. Complete project on time within project requirements.
- Provide expertise on solving technical problems, monitor and control the project work by closely communicating with the team. Ensure the deliverables are meeting the project requirements and meeting project schedule.
- Issue As-Built and provide lessons learnt to the Department/Company. Close the project successfully and update the company specifications / knowledge database as applicable in order to implement in future projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities and innovative ideas.Innovate the new ideas and methodologies to improve project schedule/cost saving/quality.
- Closely coordinate with the team, interdiscipline communication, internal and external stake holders. To ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project requirements and deliverables are approved.
- To independently define critical deliverables, plan, manage and deliver engineering deliverables required for the assigned project effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines, manage project and deal with all I&C related technical issues.
- Responsible for Instrument Technical specification, Field instruments datasheet, evaluation quotations and issue TBEs. Prepare I/O list, F&G C&E and Control Narratives, etc. Review of vendor documents including of System architecture, Panel GAD, Wiring diagram, HMI graphics, Modbus List, etc

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Mater's degree in Instrumentation and Control.
- Atleast 11 to 12 years of experience.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Familiarity of I&C engineering practices in FPSO/FSO or other Oil & Gas facilities (Offshore project experience preferred)
