**Job Title**: Mechanical Technical Manager - Data Centre Project
**Location**: Singapore (Site-Based - Exact Location TBC)
**Salary**: From S$120,000 per annum
**Start Date**: ASAP / Immediate Start Preferred

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping)
- Manage project budgets, schedules, teams, and resources
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety regulations and meet project specifications
- Enforce strict on-site safety protocols
- Prepare and review technical documentation such as engineering reports and project status updates

**Requirements**:

- **Must be based in Singapore** with full working rights
- **Proven experience working on data centre projects is essential**:

- 8+ years in mechanical engineering or project management roles (data centre sector preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
- Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project controls and quality assurance processes

**Note**:
We are looking for someone who can **start immediately or on short notice**.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
