Project Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- The Project Manager will operate as the Program Management Lead to manage across all work streams, sub-projects and functions.
- Facilitate regionally and functionally to drive the timely global roll out of the Client’s integrated SAP platform, Salesforce and related interfaces.
- Create and oversee the integrated program plans.
- Responsible to deliver the program on time, on-budget.
- Responsible to work on specified scope across all functional areas, including integrated program plan (master timeline), project charter, resource plan, budget, status reporting and governance.
- Ensure the necessary process, structure, resources, and governance are in place to deliver successful results.
- Partner cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business needs and enhance connectivity of business units, regions, functional areas and IT solutions/systems.
- Drive accountability and own the Program Management deliverables.
- Responsible for creating the optimal program structure, program kick off, building a high performing team, facilitating workshops, and program budget.
- Facilitate program key meetings. Lead on presenting updates to steering and executive committee.
- Establish team agreements/ground rules at program start, and drive collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders to deliver optimal results.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and jumpstart stalled deliverables by identifying and removing barriers and driving issues to timely resolution.
- Provide timely reporting to all Program sponsors/stakeholders, regularly engaging them for input/consultation.
- Ensure program priorities are clear to all stakeholders, including direct reports, team members, and other project managers.
- Evaluate and assess project/program post implementation, and present key findings/lessons learnt to executive leadership. Communicate learning that can be reapplied across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin (preferred but not mandatory), Japanese (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 5-6 years’ Project Management experience for full life cycle of business transformation projects by leveraging SAP or Salesforce platform.
- Minimum 2-3 years Program Management / PMO experience with responsibility for delivering cross-functional initiatives and managing teams.
- Regional experience highly preferred.
- Experience as Program/Project Management leader on multiple enterprise programs and understand different PMO concepts for highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding in Project Management Methodologies. Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Understanding and Experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Experience in IT process transformation and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts; certifications are preferred.
- Experience in implementing SAP or Salesforce in global/regional organizations highly preferred.
- Good understanding of sales, manufacturing and/or finance end-to-end processes.
- Industry knowledge: preferably discrete or repetitive manufacturing industry. Other non-finance industries like energy, electrical/electronics, automotive, telecommunications are equally welcome.
- Understanding in API technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and experience in designing or implementing API systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with industry-standard integration platforms and tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel) is desirable.
- Ability to manage complexity; distil complex information and process into simple views and communications.
- Excellent in delivering presentation to project stakeholders and management team.
- Excellent skills in Excel, Project and PowerPoint in crafting and delivering management messages.
- Ability to work with minimum guidance & directions.
