**Job Description**:
Oversee the development and implementation of the presale process from identification of the presale opportunity and proposal inception to the transition of the project to the post sale team.
Oversee resource loading and allocation of Bid & Pricing Management, System Implementation Planning and System Engineering.
Assist and guide the sales teams with the qualification and prioritization of sales opportunities.
Manage the team and proposals to meet the region’s orders, revenue and margin goals.
Develop growth plans for presale engineers and presale bid managers, as required.
Interface with PM & System Integration Managers, Sales Managers, Engineering Managers, Presale Project Planners and Senior Division Staff to effectively coordinate presale activity and with public safety customers (police, civil defense, military, transportation - metro/subway, airports) to present solutions and participate in contract negotiations.
Ensure that proposals are accurate, completed on time and in conformance with relevant requirements.
Develop and enhance processes to manage team output and create efficiencies to meet regional sales targets.
Work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations.
Travel as necessary for meeting with customers, partners, internal reviews etc.
Basic Requirements
Degree in Engineering with Business Administration study is preferred
Strong leadership experience in managing cross region diverse teams
A positive attitude with a can-do mentality that enables you to be a creative, resourceful and results driven leader.
Experience in either Engineering, Sales, Project Management, Proposal Management or Product Management
Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset.
Travel Requirements Under 10%
