Regional Recruitment Consultant

ERM APAC is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Regional Recruitment Consultant to join our business in APAC. This is a great opportunity to work for a global environmental leader in an exciting industry

As part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, we deliver strategic, tactical and talent acquisition support to the business. Functioning as part of the larger APAC HR team, we often drive or facilitate cross border projects. Our team includes professionals whose expertise is called on at a regional and global level, which provides the opportunity to bring international best practice methodologies and approaches to local clients through first-hand experience.

**ROLE PROFILE**:
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Effectively implement ERM's recruiting process to efficiently hire qualified employees who meet or exceed position requirements and align with ERM's culture and global strategy.

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
- Up to 6+ years proven technical recruiting experience, successfully executing a variety of searches, including for senior-level positions.
- Understanding of environmental and sustainability industries, and/or oil & gas, power, and mining sectors highly desired.
- Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process.
- Proficiency with comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferably Workday)
- Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Complete fluency in English, with ability to speak a second language used in North Asian region i.e. Mandarin or Japanese preferred.
