**About Our Studio**:
Core Atelier Pilates is a boutique pilates studio dedicated to empowering our community through mindful movement. We are seeking a passionate and certified Pilates Instructor to join our team and help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**:Lead and instruct a minimum of 25 hours of reformer, and/or specialized classes (e.g., pre/post-natal, rehabilitation) per week.
- **Client Engagement**:Create a welcoming, encouraging, and safe atmosphere for all clients, regardless of their fitness level or background.
- **Program Design**:Develop and deliver creative, well-rounded class sequences that adhere to Pilates principles while providing variations and modifications for different abilities and client needs.
- **Client Care**:Conduct client screenings, provide personalized attention, and offer hands-on corrections and verbal cues to ensure proper form and alignment.
- **Studio Operations**:Assist with day-to-day studio tasks, including client check-ins, class scheduling, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the studio is clean and organized.
- **Professional Development**:Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Pilates industry, continuing education, and participate in studio training sessions.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**:Act as a representative of the studio's brand and values, building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Certification**:Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized training body (e.g., Stott Pilates, Polestar, Balanced Body).
- **Experience**:A minimum of 1 years of experience teaching group and private Pilates sessions is preferred.
- **Anatomy Knowledge**:A strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- **Communication**:Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions.
- **Adaptability**:The ability to adapt teaching methods and exercises to suit different learning styles, body types, and physical limitations.
- **Energy & Passion**:A high-energy, enthusiastic, and positive personality with a genuine passion for Pilates and helping others.
- **Reliability**:Punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining a consistent class schedule.
- **Bonus**:Additional certifications in related fields (e.g., TRX, yoga, functional training) or special populations (e.g., scoliosis) are a plus.
