**Responsibilities:
**Automotive Engineering**
- **Design and Development**:Create and improve automotive systems and components, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
- **Hands-On Work**:Perform hands-on engineering tasks, including assembling, testing, engine repair & overhaul, welding and troubleshooting of automotive systems.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
- **Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve engineering issues in a timely manner, utilizing both theoretical and practical approaches.
- **Documentation**:Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all designs and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

**Workshop Management**
- **Supervision**:Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- **Team Management**:Lead and mentor a team of technicians and junior engineers, providing guidance and support.
- **Quality Control**:Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- **Inventory Management**:Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
- **Safety**:Enforce health and safety regulations within the workshop, ensuring safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Scheduling**:Plan and coordinate work schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely project completion.
- **Customer Relations**:Interact with customers as needed, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive engineering and workshop management.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools, and a solid understanding of vehicle dynamics and systems. Proficiency in CAD will be an advantage.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a practical approach to problem-solving.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandrian, English and other languages or dialects are essential, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and manage customer interactions.
- **Leadership**:Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and workshop operations.
- **Physical Stamina**:Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
- **Work Ethic**:Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work, with the ability to work 6 days a week.
