**Purpose of the Job**:
The executive for asset management is a key member of the Asset and Aircraft Records Management Department, working closing with business, technical and finance teams in the organization to manage existing aircraft and engine leases, on-boarding of new aircraft and engine leases and support procurement process.

**Key Job Accountabilities**:

- Manage current aircraft leases in the lease management system (Sysco)
- Perform on-boarding of leases of newly acquired aircraft /engines or post conversion aircraft to Sysco
- Engage and manage 3rd party in the digitisation of aircraft technical records of aircraft that has returned from lease or preparation for passenger-to-freighter conversion induction to the aircraft depository system (GE-ATS)
- Part of a team to perform invoice billing of maintenance reserves to lessees in relation to engines on lease
- Raise purchase requisitions on behalf of requestor via company in-house Aero ePR-Plus and perform GR in SAP after completion of services / delivery
- Support reporting requirements of the business
