**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research
- Consolidate and analyze operational (productivity, service levels, inventory, customer feedback) and financial (budgets, income statements, forecasts, etc) data taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
- Provide alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve operational and financial performance
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on operations/financial status and risks
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and querying languages (e.g., SQL) is desirable.
- Develop operational dashboards, financial models, conduct benchmarking, process analysis, and visualizations to communicate insights (not just information) to stakeholders using industry-standard BI tools and techniques
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Identify trends, advise and recommend actions based on sound analysis
- Propose and drive process improvement and policy initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented, meticulous
- Good communication skills and collaboration orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Excellent reporting and visualization skills
- Literacy in business finance topics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
