**Role: QC/QC Manager**

**Location: Singapore**

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, ASME, etc., depending on industry).
- Lead internal and external audits and coordinate responses to audit findings.
- Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis for quality issues; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, trends, and KPIs.
- Supervise QA/QC staff, including training, performance evaluations, and workload distribution.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product development and manufacturing processes.
- Manage customer complaints related to product quality and oversee resolution processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum [X] years of experience in a quality assurance/control role, with at least [X] years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, GMP, or industry-specific standards.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and CAPA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality software systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certified Quality Manager (e.g., ASQ CMQ/OE), Six Sigma certification, or similar credentials.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
