**Role Overview**

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s operational processes and infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of training programs, managing logístical and schedule, and enabling our teams to operate efficiently at scale.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Training Delivery & Coordination**
- Manage end-to-end logistics for cyber training sessions (in-person and remote), including scheduling, platform setup, materials, and instructor coordination.
- Oversee training environment readiness (labs, simulations, technical platforms) in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients and students.

**Internal Operations**
- Build and maintain internal processes, SOPs, and tools to support team efficiency.
- Work closely with HR, finance, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of instructors and contractors.
- Help scale operations as the company grows—supporting new markets, product lines, and delivery models.

**Project & Resource Management**
- Track project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics across ongoing and upcoming training programs.
- Maintain visibility into team workloads and provide operational support where needed.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify bottlenecks and implement tools or workflows to improve operational reliability and scalability.
- Lead internal retrospectives and post-training reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future cycles.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or client delivery - ideally in a training, cyber, or consulting environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with training content development, especially with self-learning tutorials
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities and high autonomy
