Job Responsibilities:

- Timely understand the speed and situation of serving food on the table, and urge the dishes in time
- Track and check the table in time, and correct the unqualified parts
- After the formal meal, supervise the cook to fo a good job of service and personally participate in the work of the cook
- Lead cooks to prepare before meals to ensure quality standards
- Supervise cooks to implement company rules and regulations

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience in kitchen environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a government HACCP certificate
- Good knowledge about South East Asian cuisine is a plus
- Physically fit
- Able to work in shift pattern
- Working location: Jurong
- Working hours: 6 working days per week (rotating off-day, 8 hours per day)
