**Job Overview**:
As the Clinical Service Quality Executive, he/she is responsible for ensuring that the
clinical services provided by KWSH meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and
patient care. This role involves monitoring, evaluating, and improving clinical processes,
protocols, and practices to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall service
quality. The Clinical Service Quality Executive collaborates closely with healthcare
professionals, administrators, and regulatory bodies to maintain excellence in clinical
service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Clinical Process Evaluation**:
***Develop and implement processes to assess the quality and effectiveness of

clinical services.
Review clinical workflows, protocols, and procedures to identify opportunities

for improvement.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical practices to ensure

adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
**2. Patient Safety and Care Standards**:
Monitor patient safety practices, infection control measures, and medication
administration protocols.

Implement strategies to minimize clinical risks and prevent adverse events.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with evidence-based

care standards.
**3. Quality Improvement Initiatives**:
Analyze clinical data and outcomes to identify trends, areas for
improvement, and opportunities for enhancing patient care.

Develop and lead quality improvement projects to address identified clinical
issues.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based
practices and drive positive patient outcomes.

**4. Regulatory Compliance**:
***Stay current with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines to ensure

clinical services comply with industry requirements.
Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.

**5. Staff Training and Development: **
Provide training and education to clinical staff on quality standards,

protocols, and patient-centered care.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement among

healthcare professionals.
**6. Patient Experience Enhancement: **

Gather and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improving the
patient experience.

Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, communication, and

**7. Documentation and Reporting: **
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of clinical quality

assessments, improvement initiatives, and outcomes.
Prepare and present regular reports on clinical quality performance to senior

management.
**8. Collaboration and Communication: **

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to
integrate quality improvement efforts into clinical practice.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to share quality-related
information, initiatives, and outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills: **
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare

Administration) or equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus.
Clinical background and experience as a registered nurse or another healthcare

professional.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, best practices, and quality improvement

methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in healthcare quality management tools and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety

guidelines.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams toward quality improvement

goals.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
