We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an** ASEAN Property Analyst**.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Analyst for ASEAN property sector responsible for formulating selective stock views and supporting senior property analyst on stock and sector coverage
- Write stock, sector and/or thematic reports, maintain financial models and industry databases, participate in company meetings and presentations, fulfil client requests, engage with company management and investor relations as well as developing industry contacts
- Collaboration with colleagues in regional and global team on thematic research reports
- Pro-actively servicing external clients to deliver client votes as well as satisfying demands of internal stakeholders

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong excel and modelling skills. Good in dealing with extensive data
- Individual with property sector knowledge and good understanding of ASEAN markets preferred
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good education background, ASEAN language an advantage
- Team player, diligent, organised and inquisitive
