We are seeking a **Financial Controller** to manage the financial reporting and compliance of the Cathelco SEA (CSEA) business. This role will support the General Manager in effectively running the entity, including overseeing the recently transferred operations of the China and Hong Kong markets. The Financial Controller will also play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the SAP Business One system, ensuring efficient financial processes, and supporting HR-related data maintenance activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and report monthly accounts, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet, within the group reporting package (Tagetik).
- Manage daily cash flow reporting and financial transactions.
- Undertake standard month-end reporting, including order intake, net sales, orderbook, and gross margin analysis.
- Conduct balance sheet analysis, including fixed assets, accounts receivables, and payables.
- Oversee invoicing, cost analysis, and budget follow-up.
- Ensure timely recording and payment of purchase invoices.
- Manage company bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll transactions.
- Identify outstanding accounts receivable and take appropriate actions.
- Ensure compliance with taxation reporting and corporate regulations.
- Manage the preparation of the annual budget and profit/cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee statutory reporting, including annual accounts and audit processes.
- Review account postings to ensure alignment with the Group Accounting Manual.
- Manage local insurance policies and handle related queries.
- Maintain and develop SAP Business One with third-party consultants.
- Support HR-related activities, including maintaining employment documents, verifying HR system data, and generating HR reports.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and corporate compliance.
- Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
