- Manage the Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system on-site
- Interpret and communicate shop drawings with Site Managers and consultants
- Possess good knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) to control and power equipment in ACMV
- Propose and implement ACMV electrical installations
- Ensure progress according to schedule and maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues promptly
- Carry out equipment start-up/testing and commissioning interface with Building Automation System (BAS)
- Design ACMV electrical installation drawings and control starter panel of ACMV equipment
- Conduct diagnostic cum trouble-shooting on ACMV system

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on site experience
- Knowledge of design and building project and relevant code of practice
- Proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD is required.
- Working Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm from Mon to Fri and 9am to 1pm on Sat
