IGG Singapore is looking for a Game Designer to join a team of like-minded individuals who are passionate about achieving the next creative breakthrough in mobile gaming.

You will be part of a team of designers that will realize ideas through your creative passion, trend and metrics research, and ultimately create the next hit game to be enjoyed by a worldwide audience. Your job is to convince us to create what you design.
- Game trend research and analysis
- Handle and create proper game design documentation / pitches
- Work closely with your lead as well as the company’s producers on creative needs

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Game Design or closely-related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant Game Designer background experience.
- Be interested in playing all genres of games, and intricately interpret them.
- Create comprehensive game pitches with proper research and analytical numbers to back your gameplay design ideas.
- Able to understand the market and target audiences for mobile social gaming (At least understand how to use sites like data.ai, sensor tower, and/or game refinery)
- Must be self-directed and a bonded team player
- Excellent communication: Active listening skills, accessible verbal and written presentation

**Bonus to have**:

- Create detailed GDDs with scope, diagrams, and logic flow that fellow designers and programmers can understand without difficulty.
- Experience in math and game economy balancing
- Shipped or worked on at least one or more game titles as a dev or ops designer
- Experience in Excel Data sheets, and able to design game data structures.
- Experience in creating game monetization design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
