- The Markets Senior Relationship Management team is part of the Financial Institutions Sales & Solutions (FISS) unit, with Citi Global Markets.
- The team is responsible for covering the C-suite and senior management of Citi’s largest Financial Institution / Investor clients across all Citi Markets products, building deep and strategic firmwide partnerships.
- The team brings Citi’s powerful global franchise to work for the firm’s most important relationships.
- In addition to the above, the team is responsible for account strategy, resource allocation, financial performance, and as an escalation point for major issues/opportunities with our clients.
- The role of an Analyst / Associate is to work strategically as part of the team responsible for execution of our client strategy and backup senior colleagues in ensuring seamless client coverage.
- This is an opportunity ideally suited for a Markets professional looking to develop broaden & deepen their skillset across asset classes, gain client exposure and deepen client/sales skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the team to:

- Drive engagement with Citi’s key clients to build relationships, target revenue gaps and position Citi to win flow, non-flow and mandate based business, working closely with senior members of the Markets RM team.
- Create and execute on Citi Markets’ account plans for the firm’s largest clients
- Work closely with sales colleagues across the globe to drive business growth with clients
- Manage and lead process around team strategy, client strategy and cross-Markets initiatives with clients

**Knowledge/Experience**:

- 1+ year work experience in Markets / Investment / Sales & Trading / Financial Services Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Markets asset classes, financial products and services
- Strong understanding of investment managers, Markets clients and their objectives (hedge fund, real money, sovereign wealth fund etc.)

**Skills**:

- Very strong communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally with clients
- Ability to work independently, proactively and systematically
- Ability to work cohesively and supportively in a team
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English
