**Job Purpose**

To design and deliver adventure-based programmes to clients. To also participate in some sales and marketing initiatives and projects as assigned by the manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design and organize adventure-based programmes and training materials
- Facilitate adventure-based programs, workshops and related services

Work in collaboration with staff to provide technical support and ensure smooth running of programmes
- Conduct programme recee including presentation of findings and associated forms
- Conduct risk assessment for events and programmes
- Conduct research activities including interventions, data collection and basic data analysis and research write-up
- Ensure equipment and facility functionality and maintenance for the safety of clients
- Assist the Manager of the Adventure Centre in ensuring that SOPs and documentation are kept up-to-date and in good order to fulfil internal audit requirement and industry standards.
- To carry out some sales and marketing of the BTAC programmes when called upon or when assigned projects of such nature
- To be involved in promoting the overall branding and services of BTAC by being involved in both internal and external events when called upon

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma holder with good communications skills in English (spoken and written).
- Have a passion for active sports or outdoor adventure.
- Have a passion for working with children and youth, including at-risk children and youths
- Able to run activities such as running, hiking and swimming.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as abseiling, natural rock climbing and sports climbing.
- Able to work evenings and weekends when required to resource the programme and meet the job demands.
- Able to lead local and overseas expeditions which may involve trekking, climbing or paddling for long distances.
- Preferably with an SNCS level 1/ level 2 or higher, SNAS level 1/ level 2 or higher, SCF 1-star/2-star award or higher, with a valid first aid certification.
- Preferably with facilitation experience in ice breakers, team building/bonding games and problem-based activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $3,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

License/Certification:

- SNCS/SNAS/SCF/SSI Freediving certificate or equivalent (preferred)
