About the Team
Performance & Incentives (P&I) are powerful tools for furthering the company's strategic goals. A robust P&I strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent, while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals.

The Performance & Incentives team works on a lot of interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The Performance & Incentives team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.

We are now seeking a Performance & Incentives Lead. This is a full-time role located in Singapore.
- Formulate and iterate total rewards strategy and compensation, benefits, performance management policies to support the company's continued regional and global growth and expansion.
- Lead global total rewards projects, conduct in-depth research and analysis of the most cutting-edge human resource theories and practices around the world. Drive the compensation, benefits and performance strategy, solution and execution accordingly.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders including leaders and HRBPs to understand business strategies and needs, and develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for compensation, benefits and performance philosophy and policies.
- Leadership and team management.
- More than 10 years HR experience, in a multinational company setting, with at least 8 years of total rewards and performance management experience.
- Proven track record in leading a global team and people management.
- Experience with problem solving, including issue spotting, analyzing data/information and presenting conclusions effectively. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data.
- Good mix of hands-on and design/strategy experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and create consensus.
- Experience navigating the complexities and ambiguity of a fast paced and innovative environment.
