MANAGER, COMMUNICATIONS AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE DIVISION
You will report to the Senior Assistant Director in the Communications and Service Excellence Division and be part of the Outreach and Engagement section.

**What you will be working on**
- You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be expected to:

- Develop strategies and collaborate with vendors to create engaging content that is suitable for various groups (court users, general community, students, etc);
- Collaborate with public/ private sector partners on initiatives to expand outreach efforts to various stakeholders;
- Organise and manage corporate events (e.g., networking events, public outreach programmes, etc);
- Organise and manage visits by local and overseas agencies to the Judiciary;
- Manage the production of corporate materials (e.g., newsletter, educational brochures, videos, etc.) and

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements:

- Degree in communications or a related discipline;
- At least 3 years’ of relevant experience in Corporate Communications/ Marketing/ Stakeholder Engagement/ Events Management;
- Excellent written, spoken, presentation, interpersonal and project management skills;
- Able to perform effectively both independently to helm projects, as well as in teams to drive collaborations with internal and external stakeholders;
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work within tight deadlines;
- Good command of the English language. Proficiency in a second language will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or other design software will be an advantage; and
- Familiarity with government procurement framework will be an advantage.
