Reporting to a Principal Consultant, the Consultant will manage ESC’s Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) projects in Singapore. This role involves project and client management as well as managing subcontractors in Singapore.

You will also play a key role in ensuring quality and safe delivery of SIR projects including several remediation projects, undertaking liaison with clients, strategic partners and subcontractors, assessing analytical results and ensuring quality deliverables. This role requires a blend of client management as well as hands-on project delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake site investigation projects.
- Managing the project budget and management of subcontractors.
- Responsible for deliverables to client including preparation of assessment reports, proposals, tender documents.
- Active in supporting business development activities.
- Project management and liaison with client, project team and government authorities as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum BSc degree in relevant science (e.g. Environmental, Chemistry, Geology)
- Ideally, you will have significant relevant experience in environmental site assessments to ASTM standards, Singapore ESA guidelines, environmental baseline studies, subcontractor management and other related technical disciplines.
- Relevant experience in contaminated site management and remediation is preferred.
