**Supervisor - Key Responsibilities and Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support & Coordination**
Assist the Costume Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of costume production processes. Support project milestones to ensure adherence to timelines and creative objectives.
- **Team Supervision**
Oversee daily operations of assigned team members including fabricators and support staff. Ensure tasks are clearly delegated and completed according to schedule and quality expectations.
- **Workflow Management**
Monitor production workflows and assist in troubleshooting operational challenges. Facilitate clear communication among internal team members and external collaborators.
- **Resource Allocation**
Assist in managing material inventory, procurement coordination, and efficient use of resources. Track usage and flag any concerns regarding supply levels or overages.
- **Quality Assurance**
Conduct initial inspections on costumes for accuracy, craftsmanship, and adherence to design specifications. Identify and escalate issues for correction as needed.
- **Reporting & Documentation**
Maintain accurate logs of work progress, staff schedules, and material usage. Support the preparation of summary reports for management as required.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**
Act as a point of contact for routine inquiries from internal departments and external vendors, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 1 year of experience in costume production, garment supervision, or related field.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational and team coordination abilities. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced production environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Basic understanding of costume construction techniques, materials, and alterations.
- **Software Proficiency**:Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with inventory tracking or project management tools is an advantage.
- **Communication**:Clear verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable providing direction and feedback to team members.
- **Problem-Solving**:Proactive in identifying production issues and collaborating on effective solutions.
