**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing the overall project delivery and ensure delivery schedule is adhered
- Have more thank 8+ years experience in similar capacity
- Prepare delivery schedule, effort and cost based on the client requirements and provide walkthrough to the client on the same
- Project Manager will be liable to achieve client sign-off on schedule, effort and cost presented
- Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders
- Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks
- Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Tracks and manages product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task break-down
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
- Responsible to provide architectural solutions and do hands on with the team members to deliver technical requirement in Pega.

**Qualifications**:

- A solid understanding of project end-to-end delivery
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to motivate IT staff
- Logical problem solver who can operate under constraints
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks

**Certification(s) Required**:CSSA, PMP, Scrum Master, Good to have CLSA
