Junior Trainer

The Junior Trainer is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Animal Training Centre and training services delivery by Pet Coach SG. This position involves assisting the ops manager with day-to-day activities, ensuring the well-being and safety of the dogs, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Junior Trainer will also be actively involved in hands-on tasks, including taking dogs on walk and train services, training sessions with customers, and driving a company vehicle to transport dogs as needed.
**Operations**:
- Monitor the facility's maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for people and animals.
- Train, guide and manage a team of part-time staff and contractors.
- Safely drive the company vehicle to transport animals to and from the training centre as needed.
**Animal Care and Training**:
- Deliver animal training services at the standards required by the Head Coach/Chief Animal Behaviourist.
- Providing care to animals, including walking, grooming, feeding, medicating, management and enrichment activities.
- Assist in individual and group training sessions.
- Communicate effectively and positively with clients, providing updates on their pets' progress and addressing any concerns through face-to-face communications, messaging chatgroups or phone calls
