Corporate Communications Intern

Responsibilities
- Support the team to produce impactful, digital-first communication outputs, embedding best practice.
- Social media savvy, ie LinkedIn practical knowledge and skills, to produce eye-catching and informative social media content that appeals to our different audiences.
- Smartphone/digital camera use to film short videos, take photos as required use editing tools.
- Writing and editing of engaging articles and posts for intranet, internet and appropriate social media.
- Source engaging and appropriate images to reinforce messaging for articles, posts and collaterals.
- Support internal and external events planning and implementation such as for town halls, internal programmes, customer events as required.
- Corporate gifts ideas generation and inventory keeping.
- Functional Sharepoint depository revamped and management.
- Support the production of communications material, collateral and promotional items, ie posters, leaflets and gifts.
- Coordinate with vendors and other offices on such sourcing and production.
Requirement
- Education: Undergrad in Business (with focus on Marketing), Communications, New Media, Multi-media, English, Journalism or related discipline
- Specialised knowledge/Skills, if any will be a plus:
- Social media savvy
- Experience using Content Management systems.
- CMS (Sharepoint, WordPress, Dynamics etc) skills and website maintenance experience.
- Editorial management and production, speaks well, speech / content / news / corporate writing, events management, corporate visual identity, change management
