**Responsibilities**
- Lead the AI team in developing innovative AI solutions, from concept to deployment, to address critical business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research, product management, and data science, to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
- Drive the design and architecture of AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and evaluate their applicability to our projects.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Hands-on coding and development of AI models, algorithms, and prototypes.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, AI, or related field. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of leading AI teams and successfully delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Huggingface), deep learning techniques, natural language processing and hardware optimization (e.g. TensorRT).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire technical teams.
- Demonstrated publication record in top-tier AI conferences or journals is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in deploying large-scale language models in production environments.
- Familiarity with ethical AI guidelines and best practices for mitigating bias in AI systems.
- Contributions to open-source NLP projects or significant involvement in the AI research community.
- Experience with multi-modal AI systems that integrate language with other data types (e.g., images, audio).
