**HTELite **is currently seeking passionate **Chemistry teachers **to join our team. We are looking for individuals who can effectively teach students for standardized tests in both local and international schools.

**Job description**:
**Requirements**:

- Ability to adapt teaching methodologies as needed
- Skill in engaging and motivating students
- Proactive attitude and initiative
- Punctuality and Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with at least 3 years of teaching experience. A **PhD **or **Master's degree **in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related fields would be a significant advantage
- Understanding of the concept of tuition centers, where each student is treated as an individual rather than a number
- Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods

**Important note**:
We are currently hiring only local full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 4,000 SGD to 7,000 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and customize lesson plans to meet students' needs
- Provide written feedback on student progress
- Create curriculum materials
- Identify and address learning obstacles
- Supervise students during peak hours
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

**Work schedule**:

- Weekday hours: 09:00 to 20:00
- Weekend hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (lunch and dinner breaks arranged according to schedule)
