**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and systems related to water distribution, sanitation, and drainage.
- Ensure all plumbing work is in compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Inspect drainage systems, water pipes, and other plumbing fixtures to ensure compliance with local regulations and authorities' standards.
- Perform maintenance and inspection of water tanks in accordance with PUB requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and electricians to ensure smooth and efficient completion of plumbing-related tasks.
- Prepare and submit necessary plumbing work submissions to the relevant authorities as required by regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of plumbing work completed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Certification: Must possess a valid PUB Plumber License.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Proven knowledge of Singapore's plumbing standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with contractors and other professionals.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
- A proactive and responsible work ethic with a strong commitment to safety.
