- **Plan, execute, and manage weekly programmes across centres.**:

- **Collaborate effectively with parents, volunteers, and community stakeholders.**:

- **Maintain effective classroom management and create a conducive learning environment.**:

- **Assess students’ learning needs and set realistic, measurable goals for progress.**:

- **Recruit, screen, orientate, and train new volunteers.**:

- **Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to support volunteer development.**:

- **Organise and facilitate events, outings, and holiday programmes.**

- **Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related qualifications.**:

- **Proficient in spoken and written English.**:

- **Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.**:

- **Strong interpersonal, communication and classroom management skills.**:

- **Ability to engage and make strong children/volunteer connections.**:

- **Genuine passion for working with children (4 to 8 years old).**:

- **Competency in basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) is a plus.**:

- **Comfortable to work on Saturday mornings during school terms.
