Responsible for day-to-day treasury and accounting related matters
- Prepare and analyse the monthly management report, bank reconciliation, mark-to-market report, monthly reports submission to trustee and corporate
- Administration of bank accounts which includes signatories update, new bank accounts opening, accounts closure and etc
- Responsible for day-to-day treasury and accounting related matters, including but not limited to, updating of treasury and accounting schedules, cashflow planning, sending payment requests for approval, settlement of treasury related payments, setting up vendor accounts in the accounting system and etc
- Prepare and analyse the monthly management report, bank reconciliation, mark-to-market report, monthly reports submission to trustee and corporate
- Administration of bank accounts which includes signatories update, new bank accounts opening, accounts closure and etc
- Assist in the distribution statement and payments, tax filing and financial indicators of the REIT
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly regulated SGX announcement
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly board meeting materials, including board paper, PowerPoint slides and detailed analysis for senior management
- Prepare and ensure documents are in order before providing instruction to Trustee
- Work closely with the overseas counterparts including Finance Shared Services in Singapore and China
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimal possess of degree or diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Prior experience in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Treasury Module
- Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
