**Requirements**:
- The Personnel should ideally possess a minimum of NTC 2/3, GCE O-level, or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous experience in railway operations, customer service, or station management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of train schedules, ticketing systems, and station infrastructure.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
