**Job Summary**:Responsible for supporting the team with security projects, processes, audits, and IBX.

**Responsibilities**
Processes
- Supports the rollout of information security processes across all sites in scope
- Reviews less complex security and business continuity processes (e.g., access card key management process) within the IBX and identifies opportunities for process improvement; may support process solutions

Project Management
- Supports security and business continuity projects across all sites in scope (e.g. security construction, security certifications)

On Site Security Support
- Performs site inspections and responds to critical building access control and video management alarms/faults
- Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on site security infrastructure, including security patching, or manages vendor(s) in those efforts
- Contributes to and may lead security infrastructure projects
- Responds to and resolves security incidents, breaches, events, and uses appropriate procedures to resolve
- Responds to security service tickets, trouble, install/de-install tickets, and resolves per appropriate procedures
- Contributes to the identification of Single Points of Failure (SPOF) and End of Life (EOL) items
- Point of escalation for onsite security guarding staff
- Provides technical review and approval of security related customer orders
- Manages emergency situations on critical security systems
- Informs on budget and inventory management

Compliance and Audit Support
- Supports security audits (internal and external) across all sites in scope

Data Management
- Collects security data collection and analysis
- Definition and maintenance of security-related documents (such as ISO 27001 documents)

Training
- Coordinates and schedules security training across all sites in scope
- Supports the development of training materials
- May conduct security training (for more experienced members)

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of server operating systems, networks, and cyber security best practices, as well as relevant codes and compliance regulations.
- Familiar with common documents as it applies to design, schemes, data sheets, and technical information
- Certifications and experience preferred in access control systems and video management systems such as AMAG Symmetry and CompleteView
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems including hardwire inputs and outputs, serial communications, network/IP communications and schematics.
- Relevant experience may include Security Field Technicians/Engineers, Network Technicians, Security Project Managers, etc.
