**Summary of position**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about educating children through sports.

As a Learn to Swim Coach you will be required to coach Swim PE classes and Learn to Swim classes to children age 3 and above. You will report to the Head of Learn to Swim, and be part of our passionate team and community of coaches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coach Learn to Swim students according our Sports Schooling curriculum, at any of our company locations
- Coach Swim Physical Education students according our Sports Schooling curriculum, at any of our company locations
- Coach holiday camp students according to our Sports Schooling curriculum, at any of our company locations
- Attend Sports Schooling in-house training program and attach to senior coaches prior to coaching independently
- Provide timely feedback to parents on the progress of their child, and record student log
- Attend regular workshops and courses, and use the learnings to continuously improve coaching skills
- Fulfil administrative tasks related to the program; e.g. meet entries, attendance report, student performance tracking, and minutes of attended workshops
- Help with recruitment of swimmers by being a positive ambassador of Sports Schooling during lessons and events, advocating theSports Schooling vision during events & talks, and supporting marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in education
- or sports-related fields preferred
- Passion for sports
- Passion for teaching young children with the ability to take care of them
- Demonstrated team player with an open mindset to learning and improving
- Fluent in English and excellent writing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- No swim experience necessary. All training will be provided in-house and/or company sponsored
- Comply with all prevailing Safe Management requirements for the workplace
- Flexibility to travel between coaching locations
- Must possess valid right to work in Singapore - we are unable to sponsor visas
