Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
- Perform routine network start-ups and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.
- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
- Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, evaluate and modify system and network requirements.
- Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
- Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
- Provide support or troubleshoot problems reported by user.
- Analyse equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
- Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.
- Arrangement of works for IT Engineer.
- Liaise with JGC Group IT and vendors for software support.
- Support internal and external IT business audits.
- Track, develop and manage IT annual budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in IT, systems, end-user support and network support.
- Must have ADVANCED Windows Server ADMIN
- Must know configuration from scratch to production
- Must know how to configure Windows Roles e.g. AD (Active Directory), DNS (Domain Name Server), DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol).
- Must have Hypervisor (for visual, it is a technology). One must know Advanced Window Server ADMIN & Windows Roles before he/she understand & learn Hypervisor (e.g. VMware (virtual machine managed by ESX hosts)
