Department**:Nursing Training**

Working in the Nursing Education Department, you will assist the department in planning, developing and coordinating training activities. This includes assisting with participants’ registrations, backend data entry, maintaining training databases, coordinating logistics for training and handling enquiries from internal and external parties.

You will also be providing general administrative support to the training team by assisting in the coordination and implementation of nursing related projects and operational matters. This include scheduling meetings, providing secretariat support, generating reports and carrying out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review eligibility of persons referred into the service.
- Onboarding of eligible persons into the digital platform.
- Monitor the health status of persons in the service remotely.
- Engagement with persons enrolled in the service
- Follow up with patients and escalate to the assigned healthcare worker if needed, as per stipulated care protocol.
- Ensure critical information is communicated within the team.

**Working hours (21 hours a week)**:

- Monday: 1.30pm to 5.30pm (4 hours)
- Tuesday to Thursday: 2.30pm to 5.30pm (3 hours each)
- Friday: 8am to 5pm (8 hours excluding 1 hour lunch)

**Requirements**:
**Competency**
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Meticulous with strong organizational and time management skills.

**Educational and Professional Requirements**
- A degree, preferably in Business Administration Studies.
- Minimum 2 years in Operations/ Administration. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage.
