Crepe Maker

**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare and cook crepes to order according to company recipes and standards.
- Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak business hours.
- Assist the Head Chef and the Chef de Partie at the training.
- An understanding and to follow up on Restaurant policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety
- Maintain quality standards as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.
- Handle Cashier and orderings
- Establish good guest relation.

- Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Able to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
- Highly motivated and energetic personality
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Food and Hygiene certificate
