As a Research Engineer, you will be an integral part of our research and development team, responsible for performing experiments and optimizing processes related to the manufacturing of magnetic nanoparticles under the different products. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and researchers to drive technological advancements in the IVD field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct experiments in the wet lab to synthesize, characterize, and modify magnetic nanoparticles according to project requirements.
- Design and execute protocols to produce magnetic nanoparticles, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative processes and techniques to enhance the efficiency and reliability of nanoparticle manufacturing.
- Analyze experimental data and present findings to the research team, contributing to the decision-making process.
- Troubleshoot and optimize experimental procedures to improve product performance and quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, protocols, and results.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in nanoparticle synthesis and characterization techniques in the IVD field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of wet lab techniques and internship experience in synthesizing nanoparticles or related materials.
- Proficiency in nanoparticle characterization techniques such as TEM, and SEM.
- Familiarity with formulation and optimization of chemical reactions.
- Experience in working with magnetic nanoparticles or similar nanomaterials is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of IVD testing methodologies and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document experimental procedures and results.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
