**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:
Help achieve sales goals.
Assist in analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- **Customer Service**:
Ensure a positive experience for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Team Support**:
Supervise and train sales staff.
Assist in scheduling and monitoring employee performance.
- **Store Operations**:
Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- **Visual Merchandising**:
Assist in maintaining an organized and appealing store layout.
- **Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- **Reporting**:
Assist in preparing reports on sales etc.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- **Experience**:2-3 years in retail, with some supervisory experience.
- **Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of retail software and POS systems.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
