We are looking for a data entry clerk to join our small team in Singapore to primarily update/maintain/expand our shipping database.
- Part time working hours: ard 15 hours a week (ideally Mo/We/Fr)
- Work Location: Clarke Quay (36 Carpenter Street) Students welcome

**Company Overview**

HARPER PETERSEN offers a wide range of shipbroking and commercial chartering services for vessels of all different sizes. We have offices in Hamburg, Singapore, Shanghai and The Netherlands.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry for Vessel and Fixture Database
- Compare and verify input with other databases, reports and schedules
- Regular check/update/maintenance of existing data records

**Qualifications**:

- Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player
- High accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and commonly used software
- Experienced in data entry, ideally with relation to shipping
