**The Role**:
As an M&A Associate / Associate VP, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Singapore-based team. You will work on complex and transformative cross-border M&A transactions, collaborating with senior bankers, global teams, and industry experts. This is a hands-on role, offering exposure to all aspects of deal-making, from origination to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and preparation of transaction documents such as information memoranda and management presentations.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to deliver seamless advice and transaction support for international clients.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting strategic discussions and ensuring superior client service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory roles; exposure to the technology sector is highly desirable.
- Skillset: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an MBA or CFA qualification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
