Public Relations
- Daily media monitoring and clipping of all relevant print and online articles
- Prepares and compiles monthly media coverage reports
- Assists with sending media invitations and collating RSVP for media tastings, launches and special events
- Assists in drafting and distribution of press releases
- Updates and maintains the media database

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Actively clips all relevant social media coverages from key pages (editorials, KOLs and VIPs) to generate monthly report
- Assists with hotel photoshoots and video shoots in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton brand requirements
- Assists in Social Media Community Management by managing comments/queries/reviews that come through the property’s social media channels
- Assists the team with content ideation and creation in the areas of social media channels, website and bi-monthly newsletters

Marketing Communications
- Ensures that all hotel promotions are in line with The Ritz-Carlton brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
- Assists in hotel collateral development and ensures all hotel collaterals are in adherence to The Ritz-Carlton brand voice and in compliance with Brand Standards Audit (BSA)
- Assists in collaterals and menu vetting

Administrative
- Updates the PRMC noticeboard monthly
- Assists with distribution of Marketing Collaterals and Magazines to various departments
- Files new digital and collateral assets and maintains the PRMC shared folder
- Regularly updates inventory levels of gifts and collaterals
- Supports ad hoc administrative tasks
