Fund Operation Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full lifecycle of fund operations for Singapore-based funds and offshore funds, including initial fund preparation, internal system setup and testing, fund valuation and structure discussions, daily valuation and settlement, fund fee processing, annual audit work, and other regulatory data support for local compliance requirements.
- Calculate and confirm monthly/quarterly valuation reports in coordination with fund administrators.
- Assist in opening accounts with brokers, counterparty accounts, and bank accounts as needed, and follow up on account maintenance, AML annual reviews, and related tasks.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure the preparation of KYC documents, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting fund reports/registrations to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) or the relevant regulatory authorities, and ensure internal compliance procedures are completed.
- Perform regular updates and system maintenance for internal systems, and optimize and test the system as necessary based on business iterations.
- Handle other fund operation-related tasks, including but not limited to coordination with custodians, fund administrators, and front-office teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher; a background in finance or accounting is preferred, with a strong foundation in accounting considered an advantage.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, or other relevant financial qualifications are a plus.
- More than 2 years of experience in fund operations (public/private funds) in Singapore, including experience with at least one audit cycle and full lifecycle fund operations, with a solid understanding of execution arrangements.
- Familiarity with Singapore fund reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in office software and data processing tools such as MS Office Suite.
- Strong team spirit, fast learning ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. Able to adapt quickly to department work requirements.
