**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage cleanroom construction or retrofit projects, from design through to commissioning.
- Review M&E / ACMV drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with cleanroom design requirements.
- Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical systems, and cleanroom components.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, RFIs, and method statements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and ensure works comply with industry standards, cleanroom protocols (e.g. ISO 14644), and safety regulations.
- Assist in procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in cleanroom, ACMV, M&E, or construction projects is a bonus.
- Strong technical knowledge in either Mechanical / ACMV / Electrical systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or high-tech cleanroom projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO cleanroom classifications and standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project coordination tools.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
