**Position Purpose**:
The Account Services Product Manager manages our suite of account services for the Cash Management Asia Pacific business. Focusing on digitizing the client onboarding journey including e-signature integration and account related product activities.

The Product Manager will be required to drive initiatives to strengthen the overall value of the product proposition, product strategy and to bring value to our clients with our account services.

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end aspects of the account related product suite including product strategy and roadmap, development, pricing, utilization, process flow and customer journey
- Work with Country Product partners and internal stakeholders including Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations to ensure timely delivery, successful commercialization of new products, services and initiatives including preparation of end-to-end processes, documentation, sales and marketing material
- Conduct market analysis, develop product strategy and proposition to ensure the competitiveness of our products and services.
- For areas for improvements, to develop business cases to secure funding / resources for development.
- Work with Central team to drive key global projects in APAC and to define the rollout prioritization plan.
- Work with Technology and Operations teams for development and solution implementation.
- Conduct risk assessment or seek approvals through NAC governance for new product developments, where applicable.
- Responsible for product commercialization, including preparation of internal/ external material, conduct trainings, KPI/ utilization tracking.
- Conduct post go-live reviews to gather feedback and to fine-tune the product/ processes.
- Identify, evaluate and work with strategic (banks or non-banks) partners to enhance the product offer. Conduct regular reviews of the partners.
- Work with Client Engagement and Client Servicing teams and Coverage teams on process improvements relating to client onboarding, account opening/ maintenance, audit confirmation processes.
- Work with APAC Legal to ensure our Product Legal documentation are part of the Regional Legal Documentation and are updated whenever required.
- Work closely with Channels and Reporting product team to ensure the client reporting of Receivables solutions and Account Services (account statements and advices) are accurate and timely.
- Regular engagement with local teams to understand local market trends, review key local partners, monitor product performance and local deployments etc.
- Documentation of the product capabilities across the APAC region, drive standardization and consistencies in solutions to improve client onboarding and usage of the account related services.
- Maintenance of the product documentation (product reference document/ forms/ processes/ project updates) in the Product Share-point.

**Contributing Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the yearly regional budgeting exercise related to the in-scope products, in coordination with inputs from the local teams and outcome from the market analysis.
