Responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Part of Department delivering professional engineering work.

As a Completions Technology Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Managing of a team of people covering several Completions segment - a team of Engineers who support manufacturing and technology development.
- Developing a technology support program.
- Giving input to business programs of a encompassing part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plan.
- Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Developing technical solutions which fit the needs of a client. Sales process require combining proven technologies and existing solutions.
- Sharing knowledge acquired in projects.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's level with experience in Design Engineering Management.
- Have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have a good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and ability to lead programs / projects.
- Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
