**Responsibility**:

- Plan and manage the procurement budget to achieve targeted service levels and inventory turns
- Spearhead project specific order fulfilment requirements within committed timelines and margin requirements
- Execute Vendor Management Programme by defining key expectations and compiling multi-department feedback
- Oversee product after-sales feedback and restitution requirements with vendors in line with contract agreements and Vendor Management Program
- Initiate Freight Vendor Review program to seek improvements to service levels or savings in freight related expenses
- Monitor order fulfilment rates
- Ensure procurement policies and procedures are accurately reflected and executed, tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional team, such as sales, marketing, and finance or quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and minimum 2 years in supervisory role within supply chain management functions
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
